This project was undertaken as an 'Architect as Developer' project type. Josiah Maddock Architects bought the building as an unused Church, changed the zoning, financed the project, designed it as a Luxury Co-Living Residence and ran the build. The project was completed in 2022 and is now an example of both a very successful Luxury Co-Living residence and Architect as Developer project type.
When completed the project had a cash on cash return of 39% and an IRR of 356%
